It's a tangy and spicy sauce & u can even store it in your refrigirator for almost 30 days.
Ingredients:
Oil 3 spoon
Finely chopped tomatoes - 4
Finely chopped capsicum- 3
Red bellpepper- 1
Red chilly sauce - 2 spoons
Tomato sauce - 4 spoons
Basil leaves
Chilly flakes
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Vineger: half spoon
Method :
Heat a pan on very high flame.put some oil.
Turn On the gas burner roast oil- greased red capsicum for 2 minutes and then remove the burnt skin with help of a knife. Chop the red capsicum finely.
Add both the chopped bellpepper in the pan and cook for a while .Now add finely tomatoes to the pan and cook on very high flame.
Add tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce, oregano, chilly flakes & salt
& some freshly chopped basil leaves to the sauce
Add some sugar to balance the taste
Cook the sauce well and add vinegar to preserve it for long
Your easy yet tasty pizza sauce is ready
