Vegetable korma

Ingredients 

1 bowl of mix vegetables diced 
(Carrot, French beans, babycorn, bell peppers red, yellow & green, onions ) 

For gravy:
1 Boiled onion paste
1 cup tomato purée 
1/2 cup cashew nut paste
1 spoon fenugreek leaves
1 spoon milk powder
Chilly powder 
Garam masala 
Ginger garlic paste
Chilly paste 
Salt to taste 

Method:
Heat a pain. Add some butter to it. Add ginger garlic paste & chilly paste and cook well
Saute all the diced vegetables mentioned above. Add salt & black pepper to it 
And take the cooked vegetable in an other bowl
For gravy:
Heat the pan. Add oil and butter to it. Add onion gravy (boil onion and make a paste of it) then, add tomato purée and stir well. When d paste becomes thick , add chilly powder, salt, garam masala, milk powder and stir well
Crush the dried fenugreek leaves to the gravy.
Add fresh cream and cashew nut purée to the gravy 
Add stir fried vegetables to the gravy  and cook well.
Transfer the Sabzi in a bowl and garnish it with lots of cheese, pieces of carrot and fresh coriander.

Schezwan sauce

Ingredients:
3 spoon  Chopped chilly ginger garlic mixture
1spoon Red chilly paste
1/2 spoonSoya sauce
1 spoon Chilly sauce
1/2 spoon Vinegar
1/2 spoon Cornflour 
2 spoon Tomato ketchup
2 spoon Oil 
Salt
Water 

Method

Heat the pan on high flame, add oil and sauté very finely chopped chilly ginger garlic mixture. Once it gets cooked add red chilly paste, tomato sauce,soya sauce,red chilly sauce,vinegar and mix well.take a separate bowl and dilute 1/2 spoon  cornflour with half cup water and make cornflour slurry.add it to the sauce and stir well.
Add salt as per your taste.
Cook well till the sauce gets a thick consistency.
Schezwan sauce is ready.


Serve it with any Chinese starter.

Tasty nachos and cheese dip




I'm Your tasty Nachos

Nachos is a Mexican dish of tortilla chips. It is basically a corn chips covered with cheesy dip and served with salsa.
It's a very easy cheezy and popular snack world wide..
 


Ingredient:

1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
1/2 cup makai aata 
1 spoon cornflour 
1spoon oil
Salt
Water

Method:
Mix all ingredient i.e all purpose flour, makai aata( corn flour), ready corn flour , hot oil and water  and make a firm dough.

Make small round roti. Neither very thick nor very thin. 

Cut the roti Into small triangles with help of a pizza cutter. 

Prick them with help of a fork...


Deep fry in oil on a slow flame. And see to it that nachos get the same golden colour.

Your nachos are ready when they become crisp...

Serve your nachos with cheese sauce and salsa😊😊

Cheese dip:

Cheese dip is a creamy sauce  prepared with a Simple white sauce base and shredded cheese. You can use any cheese like processed or cheddar.. 
Add more cheese if you want a very cheesy taste. 
Cheese sauce can also be served with potato chips and boiled vegetables like broccoli..

Ingredient:
2 spoon Butter
1 spoon Maida 
1&1/2 cup milk 
5cubes of processed cheese 
Salt 
Pepper
Oregano 
Chilly flakes

Method:
 
Heat a pan on a low flame . Add butter and when butter melts add maida n stir well. Add milk and graded cheese n stir well.
Add oregano, Chilly flakes, salt, pepper and stir well. Add more milk if required.
