Combination of cheese and corn makes it very yummy. It's crunchy but soft centred. Melted cheese inside is the best part of it.

You can try many variations & use different types of cheeses as per your taste.
It is best served with mayo dip or tangy tomato dip
It suits best as a starter. Try it. I m sure u will make it again and again
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 4 spoon (maida)
Milk - 2 cup
Corn - 1 small cup
Chopped Bell peppers ( red, yellow &green )- 1 small cup
Processed cheese- 2 cubes
Chopped Green chilly - as per taste
Basil leaves - as per tasteBread crumbs - approx 10 breads
Mozzarella cheese cubes
Oregano
Chilly flakes
Salt
Butter
Method :
Heat a pan. Add 2 spoon butter and then add 2 spoon of maida to it and keep stirring for few seconds till the paste bus cooked.
Then add milk and stir well.
Take care that no lumps have been formed.
After cooking for some time, when the mixture starts bubling , Add chopped bell peppers, corns, green chilly and basil leaves
Add oregano, chilly flakes and salt to the mixture and cook till it becomes thick
Make small balls and put Mozzarella cheese cube in between and make perfect rounds out of it.
Now make slurry with 2 spoon maida , 1 cup water and salt.
And take bread crumbs in a plate
Dip the ball in slurry and then roll bread crumbs.
Heat the oil and deep fry the balls on high flame.
Don't stir much while frying otherwise the balls may get broken.
Take the balls out once it turns golden brown...
Your so cheesy cheese corn balls are all ready to get served..
Some important tips:
1. To centre the balls use mozzarella cheese cubes for best results. It is easily available in stores.
2. Don't forget to coat cheese balls in slurry and breadcrumbs twice..
