Red sauce pasta


Red sauce
pasta :

Red sauce  pasta is cooked in spicy and tangy sauce made up of tomato and capsicum. I use my pizza sauce as red sauce for pasta. It will give you the same restaurant type taste. You can preserve the sauce for almost 30 days and make your favourite pasta in a very short time.



Ingredients
Penne pasta - 1 cup 
Veggies - 1 cup
(capsicum -red, yellow & green
blanched broccoli , baby corn & corn )
Pasta sauce - 1 cup 
Cheese - 2 cubes 
Butter- 2 spoon 
Cream- 1 spoon 
Oregano 
Chilly flakes
Salt 
Olives & cheese for garnish 

Method :
For cooking pasta: 
Heat a vessel and add water to it. When the water starts boiling, add oil and salt.
And add pasta to it. Keep stirring after few intervals  so that the pasta doesn't stick. It will b cooked in 11 to 12 minutes.
See to it that the pasta doesn't get over cooked 

For pasta sauce: use the same pizza sauce recipe available in my blog and grind it 

Heat the pan. Add butter n let it melt. Add veggies to the pan and stir well .
Then add boiled pasta to it.
Season the cooked pasta with salt, oregano & chilly flakes

Now add the pasta sauce paste and cook well. 
Add  cheese and cream and mix well 

Serve this delicious pasta in your serving plate and garnish it with cheese and olives. 
Enjoy and treat your family and friends with this mouth watering pasta
