Penne pasta tossed in white creamy sauce is almost everyone's favourite and most demanded recipe..
Very Easy to cook...
Ingredients:
Penne pasta : 1 cup
Milk : 2 cups
Cheese: processed & mozzarella
All purpose flour: 2 spoon
Butter : 2 spoon
Veggies: corn, capsicum( red, yellow & green) , broccoli, basil leaves & baby corn
Chilly flakes
Oregano
Salt
Method :
For cooking pasta:
Heat a vessel and add water to it. When the water starts boiling, add oil and salt.
And add pasta to it. Keep stirring after few intervals so that the pasta doesn't stick. It will b cooked in 11 to 12 minutes.
See to it that the pasta doesn't get over cooked
Heat a pan and add butter to it. When the butter melts add maida and stir well.
After the paste is properly cooked add milk and stir continuously with help of a silicon spatula. It will help the mixer to cook properly without lumps. Add oregano , chilly flakes and salt to it.
Take another pan and add butter to it.
Stir fry all the veggies. Make a note that u boil broccoli , corn and baby corn before stir frying.
Add cooked pasta to the veggies and season it with herbs i.e oregano, chilly flakes & salt.
Add the pasta and veggies to white sauce.
And then add processed cheese and mozzarella cheese to the ready pasta.
Cook well and Your tasty pasta is ready

You hav to add approx 2 spoon full of oil in the boiling water
ReplyDeleteOil will help to make your pasta non sticky. Make sure you don't add big spoon of oil
