Mexican salsa


SALSA:

Salsa is a Mexican dip served usually with nachos.
It's a combination of finely chopped tomatoes,capsicum and corn.
Salsa is a Spanish term used for sauce.
You can serve this dip with various other starters too.


Salsa ingredients:

  • 1 Capsicum
  • 2 Tomatoes 
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 bowl Sweet corn 
  • 2spoon Red chilly sauce
  • 2 Green chillies 
  • 4 spoon Tomato sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano & Chilly flakes 


Method:

Finely chop all the vegetables.
Basic veggies to make salsa are tomato, capsicum and corn ( you can avoid onions to make Jain salsa )
Half crush the boiled corns just once in the mixer grinder 


Take all these vegetables in a separate bowl and mix them.


Mix tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce and stir well.
Add salt, pepper,oregano, chilly flakes and mix well..
Add some lime juice for a tangy taste.
Your mouth watering salsa sauce is ready..
