Dill kababs


Hello friends.. Don't go just by the name. It's not usual Dil shaped kababs. I have prepared my kababs using DILL leaves which is popularly called sua in Hindi.
As its winter time, variety of greens are easily available in markets. 
DILL leaves has a unique but pleasant flavour. And it's very benificial for our body too. It's a great anti- oxidant & contains disease preventing as well as health promoting properties.
Dill leaves are use in preparing vegetables but I know kababs will give a interesting twist to it.
It's rich in many vital vitamins like frolic acid, vitamin A & vitamin C that is essential for optimum metabolism in human body.
So please try and taste this unique recipe 
I m sure you will love it 

Ingrediants: 
Chopped Dill leaves : 2 bowls
Split Bengal gram : 1 bowl ( chana dal)
Coriander : 4 spoons 
Gram flour : 1 bowl ( or less as per consistency )
Green chilly : 4 ( finely chopped)
Red chilly powder : 1 spoon 
Turmeric : 1/4th spoon 
Ajwain : 1/2 spoon ( Carom seeds)
Hing : 1/4th spoon (asafoetida)
Salt to taste 

Process: 
Wash dill leaves with clean water. And  chop finely. Soak chana dal for almost 3 hours and crush it and add red chilly powder, asafoetida(hung), ajwain, salt to the mixture 
Add the crushed chana dal mixture to chopped dill leaves 
Add coriander and chopped green chillies 
Add gram flour as required. 
We hav to keep the batter Thik for making kababs



Grease your hands with oil and shape the kababs 
Heat the oil on medium flame and deep fry the dill kababs 
 



Serve them hot with onion rings and fried green chillies
